Suggestions, Comments and Complaints
Budshead Medical Practice welcomes any feedback, suggestions or complaints.
We always aim to provide the best care we can. However, we know that sometimes things can go wrong. When this happens we believe that is it often most effective to sort problems out quickly and informally.
Our aim is to provide the highest level of care for all our patients. We will always be willing to hear if there is any way that you think that we can improve the service we provide.
Making A Complaint
If you wish to complain about matters concerning the practice please use our Feedback and Complaints triage or contact the practice manager Mrs Elaine Boardman in the first instance.
Complaints are best put in writing and will be acknowledged within 3 working days whenever possible.
NHS England Customer Care Centre
The NHS England Customer Care Centre is available for patients to use if they have any complaint query or concern about GP services. This is the case whether the commissioning of primary care medical services is delegated to CCGs or whether it remains with NHS England & NHS Improvement
The Customer centre provides patients with a helpful contact point and support when they have issues. The contact details below should be included in patient communications, this would include the practice leaflet, patient letters regarding complaints and registration issues.
